Relationship Manager - UHNW Clients

An exciting opportunity opens for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a leading international Private Bank. This role is focused on developing and managing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, families, and entrepreneurs across the UK market.

You will be responsible for building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow assets under management, and delivering bespoke wealth management solutions through the bank's comprehensive platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private banking professional looking to further develop their career within a highly respected institution.

This role offers the opportunity to:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Identify client objectives and deliver tailored investment, banking, lending, and wealth planning solutions
  • Grow client assets under management through effective relationship development and proactive engagement
  • Source new business opportunities through professional networks, referrals, and market activity
  • Partner with internal specialists to deliver holistic and bespoke client solutions
  • Conduct regular client reviews and ensure portfolios remain aligned to client goals and risk profiles
  • Monitor market developments and communicate relevant opportunities to clients
  • Maintain the highest standards of client service, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the private banking team

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Client Advisory
  • Proven track record managing and developing UHNW client relationships
  • Demonstrable experience growing assets under management and generating new business
  • Strong understanding of investment products, lending solutions, and wealth structuring strategies
  • Established network within the UK UHNW market would be advantageous
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded with strong business development capabilities
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as CISI, IAD, Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, or equivalent
