About the job

Relationship Manager
London, United Kingdom | UK-GCC Private Capital

About UK-GCC Private Capital

UK-GCC Private Capital is a London-based strategic platform for LPs and GPs, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital, family offices, institutional investors, investment funds, real estate investors and growth-driven businesses across the UK, GCC and international markets.

Through our investment summits, membership platform, investor network and strategic relationships, we create opportunities for capital formation, investment, partnerships and cross-border business.

The Role

UK-GCC Private Capital is seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to lead commercial growth, capital formation and strategic relationship development across the United Kingdom.

This is a senior, revenue-focused role for a highly connected and entrepreneurial business development professional with strong relationships across the UK's private capital, investment, real estate, wealth management and financial services ecosystem.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for originating and converting high-value opportunities across:

  • Fundraising mandates for UK Businesses
  • Annual corporate and institutional memberships
  • Investment Summit sponsorships
  • Real Estate Exhibition participation
  • Strategic and commercial partnerships
  • Investor and institutional relationships
  • Cross-border UK-GCC investment opportunities
  • Real estate project and investment opportunities

The successful candidate must be capable of engaging directly with CEOs, founders, CIOs, managing partners, investment directors, heads of capital formation, investor relations professionals and other senior decision-makers.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for an individual who can open doors, build trusted C-suite relationships, originate opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and convert relationships into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and execute UK-GCC Private Capital's business development strategy across the United Kingdom.
  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of prospective clients, members, sponsors, exhibitors, investors and strategic partners.
  • Originate new revenue opportunities across private capital, real estate, financial services, wealth management, technology, infrastructure, energy transition and other investment sectors.
  • Lead senior-level meetings, presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
  • Develop relationships with major UK corporates, investment firms, financial institutions and professional services organisations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing commercial relationships.
  • Develop measurable revenue targets and maintain a disciplined commercial pipeline.
  • Provide regular reporting on opportunities, conversions, revenues and market intelligence.

Capital Formation

A core part of the mandate will be identifying businesses, investment managers, funds and real estate opportunities seeking institutional and private capital.

  • Originate capital-raising and capital formation mandates.
  • Develop relationships with private equity, private credit, venture capital, infrastructure and real estate investment managers.
  • Identify UK businesses and investment opportunities seeking access to GCC and international capital.
  • Facilitate introductions to relevant family offices, sovereign investors, investment funds and institutional capital.
  • Support fundraising discussions, investor engagement and strategic introductions.
  • Identify opportunities for equity, private credit, co-investment, joint ventures and other investment structures.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients beyond individual transactions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
