Arabic Speaking Relationship Support Officer

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Arabic Speaking Relationship Support Officer to join our Private Banking team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with banking experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support UK and international Relationship Managers and their clients, assisting with account administration, transaction processing, account opening, customer requests, and day-to-day relationship support. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a high-quality customer experience and the efficient handling of banking activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a banking or financial services environment
  • Knowledge of banking operations, processes, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting Middle Eastern customers
  • Arabic language skills (spoken and written) highly desirable
  • Islamic Finance qualification or knowledge of Islamic Banking principles
