Grace Foundation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of our Boys’ Intervention Programmes.
  • Develop new Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) material with a specific focus on boys, where required.
  • Support the delivery of the whole Grace Foundation RSE Programme across multiple sites (covering a large geographical area).
    • This includes participation in drop-down days, lessons, clubs, and intervention groups, all rooted in our Christian ethos.
  • Deliver across multiple sites on holistic topics such as self-esteem, friendships, mental health and wellbeing, relationships, sexual delay, media influences, STIs, contraception, teenage pregnancy, and alcohol and drugs.
  • Effectively deliver and support small-group intervention programmes for referred male students.
  • Track impact and measure student attitudes towards healthy lifestyles and the effectiveness of programme delivery.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks necessary for the planning and delivery of the RSE programme.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by line management.
