Role: Senior Relativity Operations Analyst
A Senior Relativity Operations Analyst serves as a Relativity subject matter expert, leading workspace administration, advanced review workflows, analytics, and complex productions across litigation, investigation, and regulatory matters.
The Senior Relativity Operations Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Relativity workspaces and workflows throughout the review lifecycle. This individual acts as a key escalation point for complex review, analytics, and production challenges while ensuring quality, defensibility, and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a Relativity subject matter expert and escalation point for complex review and production matters.
- Designing, configuring, and managing Relativity workspaces, review workflows, and analytics solutions.
- Leading privilege review, redaction, quality control, and validation processes to ensure defensible outcomes.
- Planning, executing, and validating complex productions, including rolling productions and privilege workflows.
- Managing workspace administration, security, permissions, and user access.
- Troubleshooting advanced Relativity, workflow, and production issues.
- Collaborating with clients, project managers, and review teams to develop effective review and production strategies.
- Communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting Relativity best practices.
- Managing multiple high-priority matters while ensuring quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Staying current with Relativity enhancements and emerging eDiscovery technologies.

Position Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology.
- Advanced expertise with RelativityOne and/or Relativity Server administration and review workflows.
- Strong understanding of the EDRM and document review lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing complex document review projects and large-scale productions.
- Extensive experience with Relativity Analytics, Active Learning, email threading, and review optimization workflows.
- Strong understanding of workspace administration, security, permissions, and production management.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to quality, defensibility, and client service.

Desirable
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification.
- Additional Relativity certifications in review management, analytics, or infrastructure.
- Experience with Relativity aiR and AI-assisted review technologies.
- Experience with workflow automation, APIs, or Relativity integrations.
- Demonstrated success improving review efficiency and implementing innovative review solutions.
