Our vision is a world where everyone has a healthier heart for longer. Through pioneering research, campaigning and support services, we're helping people live longer, healthier lives.
As our technology landscape continues to evolve, we're looking for a Release, Deployment and Environment Manager to play a critical role in ensuring technology change is delivered safely, efficiently and with the right governance in place.

Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and operating the release governance framework and integrated release calendar.
- Leading release planning and readiness forums with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Making informed Go/No-Go recommendations based on risk, readiness and business impact.
- Establishing and maintaining effective environment governance across development, test and production landscapes.
- Ensuring release and deployment activities meet security, operational readiness and audit requirements.
- Coordinating multiple suppliers and stakeholders to deliver technology change safely and efficiently.
- Driving continuous improvement through release metrics, reporting and post-release reviews.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
