Your New Company

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy supporting a high-profile public sector programme. You'll be joining a fast-paced delivery environment focused on the successful release and deployment of business-critical applications and services, working closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth, controlled releases.

Your New Role

As a Release Manager, you will own and coordinate end-to-end release cycles across AWS-hosted Java/Spring Boot services, ensuring release readiness, dependency management, quality assurance and stakeholder alignment. You'll oversee deployments through CI/CD pipelines, manage environments, coordinate release schedules and drive effective communication across delivery teams. The role will also involve ensuring governance, risk management and compliance with change-control processes, whilst continually improving release management practices across the programme. Working closely with Agile delivery teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technology releases within a secure public sector environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
