About You
Are you an experienced delivery or release professional with a proven track record of coordinating complex releases across multiple teams and stakeholders? Do you excel at bringing people together, managing competing priorities and ensuring successful outcomes in fast-paced environments?
Are you a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach to risk management and the confidence to challenge when needed?
Most importantly, can you influence without authority, maintain control of multiple moving parts and drive releases through to successful completion while balancing quality, risk and delivery timelines?
The Role
As Release Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of software releases to our US customer base.
Working across Technology, Infrastructure, Data and Professional Services teams you will ensure releases are planned, governed and executed effectively, with clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on delivery coordination, risk management and release governance rather than hands-on technical implementation. You'll play a key role in driving release readiness, managing dependencies, mitigating risks and continuously improving our release management processes.
