Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with proactive stakeholder management.
  • Mobile application release lifecycle expertise (iOS & Android).
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD and release automation.
  • Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions and/or CircleCI.
  • Kubernetes fundamentals.

  • Cross-functional release coordination across Product, Engineering, and QA.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Release Engineer to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle of our native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and supporting backend services. This role bridges Product and Engineering, driving high-quality, reliable, and clearly communicated releases.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, highly organised, and an exceptional communicator who can confidently coordinate complex release activities across engineering, product, and operations teams. They should have hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, release automation, feature flag management, and production deployments, while proactively communicating release progress and risks to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
