Quality Releaser
Location: Stockport
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
Department: Quality Assurance
At Baxter, our mission is to save and sustain lives. We're looking for a dedicated Quality Releaser to join our Quality team and play a critical role in ensuring our compounded products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance before they reach our customers.
As a key member of the Unit Quality Team, you'll work closely with manufacturing and operational teams to support product release activities, maintain GMP compliance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Releaser, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are reviewed, assessed, and released in line with customer requirements, Baxter standards, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing batch documentation and releasing products in line with approved schedules.
- Ensuring all products meet specification and customer requirements before release.
- Performing and reviewing visual inspections and release checks.
- Supporting investigations and ensuring products impacted by deviations or non-conformances are appropriately assessed and documented.
- Working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure high standards of product quality and compliance.
- Participating in quality meetings and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reviewing environmental monitoring data when required.
- Supporting compliance with GMP, quality systems, and EHS requirements.
- Completing and supporting training activities to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
What We're Looking For
We're Seeking An Individual Who
- Has strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Is confident reviewing documentation and making informed quality decisions.
- Can work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Has a good understanding of GMP and quality management systems.
- Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills.
- Is committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high compliance standards.
