These services support manufacturing, commercial, maritime, and renewable energy sectors, giving team members exposure to a wide range of industries and technologies.
Role Description
The Reliability Engineer will work on-site in the Nothern Area in a full-time capacity, supporting clients in improving asset reliability and maintenance strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting reliability assessments
- Performing failure analysis
- Implementing reliability centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives
- Collecting and analyzing condition monitoring data
- Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot recurring issues
- Recommending corrective and preventive actions
- Preparing technical reports
- Contributing to RCA workshops
- Supporting the development of standardized maintenance procedures
- Engaging with clients to explain findings
- Providing training on reliability best practices
- Participating in continuous improvement projects across various sectors

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance, with practical experience applying these methodologies in industrial environments.
- Robust Analytical Skills and experience in Failure Analysis, including interpreting condition monitoring data and identifying root causes of equipment issues.
- Demonstrated Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and rotating equipment, working closely with maintenance and operations teams to resolve complex problems.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent professional experience in reliability or maintenance engineering.
- Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis) and associated tools or software is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical reports, present findings to stakeholders, and provide training or coaching when needed.
- Ability to work safely on-site in industrial environments, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications in reliability, maintenance, or condition monitoring (e.g., CMRP, CRL, vibration or thermography certifications) are an advantage.
