Field based around the Midlands
Rate of Pay
£35,000 per annum
Working Pattern
40 hours per week, 5/7, shifts between 6am - 4pm
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Covering Managers holidays and site supports
- Overseeing and implementing menu changes
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
- Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Our Ideal Relief Chef Will
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have experience supervising a team
- Have experience in a similar Chef role
- Be able to cover Chef Manager role while off site
- Hold a Food Hygiene & Allergens certificate
- Have a flexible approach to working
- Flexible with shiftwork
- Must be able to adapt themselves to different situation
