We're recruiting a Relief Chef Manager to support a portfolio of premium Business and Industry contracts across London and the South East.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef Manager who enjoys variety. You'll support different kitchens, teams, and mobilisations while maintaining a Monday to Friday, 40-hour working week.

- Provide Chef Manager cover across multiple sites.
- Lead kitchens during holidays and vacancies.
- Support new openings and mobilisations.
- Train and develop kitchen teams.
- Assist with food development projects.
- Complete site audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain excellent food, safety, and operational standards.

About You
- Chef Manager or Relief Chef Manager experience.
- Strong Contract Catering or B and I background.
- Confident leading different kitchen teams.
- Fresh food and hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full driving licence and your own car essential.
- Flexible, reliable, and comfortable travelling across the region.
