Relief Cleaner
Salary: £12.77 per hour
Shifts: Casual work to cover absence, training and holidays
Hours: Monday - Friday (17:30pm-20:00pm)
Location: Crane Hill Lodge, Ipswich
Ref: IP392
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Relief Cleaner to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at our head office, Crane Hill Lodge.
You will be responsible for ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard, any potential hazards are identified and addressed, and the building is securely locked and alarmed before the end of each shift.
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out cleaning duties in line with the established schedule, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks both inside and outside the building.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are stored securely and locked away when not in use, in accordance with COSHH regulations.
- Identify and report any fixtures, fittings, or equipment that are damaged, worn, or require replacement.
- Remove litter regularly and maintain clean, tidy pathways and car park areas.
- Undertake any additional cleaning duties as directed by the Estate Services Manager, Mobile Specialist, or Clean Team Leader.
- Adhere to Orwell's Health and Safety Policy, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and responsibly.
