Job Title: Guest Services Host
Rate of pay: £13.45 per hour
Contract: 0hrs relief
Type of Employment: Part time
Shift Pattern: 0hrs, hours between 0830 – 20:00
Location: Shopping Centre - Leeds - Trinity Leeds
Join our team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre as a Guest Services Host to be part of delivering exceptional service every day.
With a shift available from 08:30 to 20:00, you'll have the opportunity to provide efficient and effective service to our clients, guests, exceeding their needs and requirements whenever possible.
- Take ownership of all enquiries at the reception / guest lounge area, using your questioning and listening skills to identify and offer solutions to guests' needs.
- Building strong relationships with your colleagues is key to our "one team approach" to customer service and achieving our business objectives.
- Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner while maintaining the appearance and housekeeping standards of the Guest Services lounge.
- Remember to always be professional, courteous, and maintain a professional appearance, following the rules regarding personal presentation.
- Answer telephone queries clearly and professionally, Trinity Leeds Gift card sales, and manage lost property.
- As part of the guest services team, you will regularly support on centre events including summer / winter activations, this could include craft clubs, Sip sessions, Artisan Markets etc.
- By supporting the management team with administrative tasks and offering assistance as needed, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of work.
- Lead by example for ‘Made you smile' and ‘Mystery shopper'.
- Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the Control Room while supporting with Fire Emergency situations as instructed. Follow the correct procedure to forward customer complaints to the Client and live by the Trinity Leeds and Landsec Values to help shape our vision.
