Position: Security Officer
Location: Milton Keynes - MK9
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00
Hours: Approx 50 (Site request)
Shift pattern varies depending on the site
07:00 to 19:00 - 19:00 to 07:00 - 08:00 to 20:00 & 20:00 to 08:00

The purpose is to develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Job Overview
As a Relief Security Officer, you will be integral in providing support for all security operations filling any gaps as needed in the security team rota.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage access control and gate duties
- Internal and External building patrols
- Provide an effective security presence and proactive response service
- Respond to and deal with all site risk events
- Ensure all occurrences/incidents within your duty are recorded
- Understand and follow site procedures and escalation
Requirements
- Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- CCTV Licence (preferable)
- Right to work in the UK
- Fire Marshal training (preferable)
- Flexible, committed and punctual
- Excellent concentration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and deal with emergency situations
- Customer Service experience
- An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
