Relief Security Officer
Preferred residential areas: AL5, AL3 7, LU1, AL4 8 and AL3 8
Pay rate: £14.04 per hour
Shift pattern: Various days, nights and weekends

About the Role
We are recruiting professional and dependable Relief Security Officers to provide security cover across multiple client sites.
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable and comfortable working at different locations. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, conducting patrols, managing access and responding appropriately to incidents.
Candidates should ideally live within or close to the listed postcode areas to support a reasonable commute between sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal and external security patrols
- Monitor and control access to the premises
- Maintain accurate incident, patrol and handover records
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Provide a visible and reassuring security presence
- Liaise professionally with clients, employees, visitors and contractors
- Follow site-specific Assignment Instructions and company procedures
- Report security concerns, hazards and operational issues promptly
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence
- Previous security experience is desirable
- Professional, observant and proactive approach
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Basic IT literacy for electronic reporting systems
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns
- Reliable transport and the ability to travel between sites essential
- Right to work in the UK
