Our client, a global relocation/moving company, are looking to recruit Relocation Consultants to work within their Destination Services department based in London. This position will be working three days per week in the office and the rest remotely from home.
This team is expanding, and it is the perfect time to join them!
What you’ll do: As Relocation Consultant, you will be responsible for handling Relocation services for clients acting as the main point of coordination for DSP services with relocating employees. Duties include:
- Review and approve supplier invoices.
- Prepare ongoing status reports in line with clients’ needs.
- Arrange property Check-in/out with Inventory clerk and landlord’s agent.
- Directly responsible for managing and negotiating tenancies for the assignee.
- Manage Relocation caseload and ensure regular follow-ups are conducted with customers.
- Manage all Relocation activities including; home search property services including tenancy management lease negotiation lettings cleaners inventory clerks’ landlords’ agents and dilapidations negotiation.
- Consult and administer all components of both Relocation and Destination Services for the clients including property services such as; tenancy management and lettings.

What You Need
We’re keen to hear from candidates with a background and knowledge in Relocation/DSP. Candidates must have at least 2 years previous/current experience, as well as first class customer service and communication skills.
