We are currently looking for a Remarketing Administrator
This role is on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or to become a permanent opportunity. This role provides essential administrative and data processing support, helping to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of reporting, vehicle lifecycle management, invoicing, and operational processes.
You'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team responsible for supporting vehicle remarketing operations across the business. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you'll help maintain data accuracy, support retailer communications, produce key operational reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and service excellence.
What's the Role
- Process vehicle terminations across multiple business streams
- Complete administration and data processing activities, including RTE processes and vehicle updates
- Produce and distribute operational reports using QlikView and other reporting tools
- Refresh and maintain Power BI dashboard reporting data
- Process retail invoicing through internal systems and 1Link
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across multiple systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across the Remarketing team

What Can You Offer
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data processing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working across multiple systems and databases
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
