Incentive Compensation SME
Location: UK, 3 days onsite London
Contract Type: PAYE day rate
Start Date: ASAP
Overview:
We are seeking a specialist Incentive Compensation SME to support a known issue within a Tier 1 investment banking environment. This is not a generalist role. The successful consultant will bring deep experience conducting incentive compensation reviews against EBA guidelines, with a strong EU regulatory lens and understanding of ECB-related regulatory pressure.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience reviewing incentive compensation / remuneration frameworks against EBA guidelines
- Strong EU regulatory compliance expertise
- Experience working within Tier 1 investment banks
- Ability to support a known issue relating to incentive compensation
- Experience with issue validation
- Comfortable working from planning and testing already completed
- Exposure to RemCo / remuneration governance activities is highly beneficial
- Must have the right to work in the UK
