Why You Will Love this Job
Key Responsibilities:
As a Remedials Team Manager, your duties will include:
- Ensuring the team adheres to company quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) and meets SLA and KPI targets.
- Overseeing the efficient operation of the department, with a focus on timely processing of new enquiries and incoming orders.
- Resolving customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintaining up-to-date sales and job management systems and monitoring team follow-ups.
- Coordinating with other departments to enhance workflow and customer outcomes.
- Tracking the performance of key clients and ensuring departmental KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Organizing and attending handover meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Managing team holidays and sick days via our online system.
- Monitoring and working towards team targets while identifying improvements to enhance process efficiency and profitability.
- Submitting monthly department reports and conducting annual appraisals for team members.
- Participating in monthly manager meetings and other ad hoc duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing teams within a fast-paced service or operational environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, including ISO standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach.
