Role: Remediation Compliance Specialist | Financial Services
Location: Basildon, Hybrid – likely only a few days on site per month, with a maximum of around 2 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 4 Months (initially)
Daily Rate: Competitive, Inside IR35

We’re currently looking for an experienced Remediation Compliance Specialist to join a financial services organisation on an exciting remediation-focused assignment.

About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a compliance professional with strong experience working within remediation/redress environments, alongside a background in compliance advisory.
You’ll be responsible for providing specialist compliance input across remediation activity, helping ensure cases and outcomes are managed appropriately and in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience within a Remediation / Redress environment
- Strong Compliance Advisory experience
- Previous experience within Financial Services
- Ability to provide sound compliance guidance and challenge throughout remediation activity
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
