Remediation Manager
We are seeking a versatile Remediation Manager who thrives in being both hands on and as a manager. You will bridge the gap between technical delivery and commercial management, whilst overseeing bids, pricing upcoming works, and managing on-site teams of consultants and subcontractors. If you possess strong contaminated land, remediation or waste experience looking for a senior role we encourage you to apply.
Our client is an agile, growing environmental consultancy specializing in complex, large-scale infrastructure and remediation projects. Their portfolio tackles diverse contaminants, including Asbestos, PFAS, heavy metals, and hydrocarbons. As a business, they value flexibility, drive, and leadership, and heavily incentivize their team, offering a package that rewards both successful project delivery and new business development. Our client seeks team members who want to pioneer the future of soil remediation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
