As a Remerchandising Assistant Team Manager at Lidl, you’ll be responsible for a team of operatives, installing fixtures and fittings in new stores and giving existing stores an upgrade. From coordinating contractor’s work to keeping our stores fresh and easy to navigate, this an exciting role for a quality driven, all-about-the-details, person who takes pride in a job well done.

What you'll do
- Coordinate and lead your Regional Remerchandising Team
- Expertly install equipment against planograms and store visions
- Reliably work to strict deadlines, and rigid timescales
- Coordinate our merchandise concept rollout
- Champion company procedures, including health and safety
What you'll need
- Proven, outstanding planning, organisational and communication skills
- Bags of initiative and an eagle-eye for detail
- Good computer skills
- The willingness to travel
- To be ready to work some nights
- A full UK driving licence
