Remote Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team.

This role is focused on engaging with prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality appointments for our Sales Closers. We generate a strong flow of leads through paid advertising, webinars, email marketing, social media, and other channels. You will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, following up with, and booking suitable prospects into sales appointments.

This is not a closing role. Your focus is to create quality conversations, qualify prospects correctly, and ensure our closers are speaking with the right people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact inbound and warm leads by phone and other approved communication channels
  • Build rapport quickly and understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and circumstances
  • Qualify prospects against agreed criteria
  • Book qualified appointments into the calendars of our Sales Closers
  • Follow up consistently with leads via calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other approved channels
  • Re-engage dormant leads where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity notes
  • Manage your pipeline effectively
  • Support strong appointment attendance through confirmations and follow-up
  • Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales training

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
