About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administration, coordination and office support.
This is a remote-based role suited to someone who is highly organised, communicates well and can work independently to complete tasks on time.
You will work closely with the team to keep diaries, meetings, timesheets, invoices, marketing activities and general documentation organised and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Diary & Team Coordination
- Coordinate team diaries and availability.
- Book and arrange team meetings and appointments.
- Send meeting invitations and reminders.
- Follow up with team members where required.
Marketing Administration
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly marketing schedule.
- Help organise content, posts and marketing materials.
- Use Canva to make simple updates to marketing documents and graphics.

General Office Administration
- Complete general administrative tasks as required.
- Prepare and update documents.
- Format and tidy presentations.
- Organise files and information.
- Assist with documentation and data entry.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Working Requirements
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Be available online between 9:00am and 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
- Attend the weekly team meeting every Monday at 10:00am UK time.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Respond to messages and requests during working hours.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the team.
- Be proactive and ask questions when clarification is required.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company and employee information.
This is a task-focused role, but the successful candidate must remain available and contactable online during the agreed working hours.

Essential Experience
- Previous office, administration or virtual assistant experience.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop/computer.
- Comfortable working remotely with a UK-based team.
Software Skills
The successful candidate should be comfortable using:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Teams
- Email / Outlook or equivalent
- Canva
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other office software would be an advantage.
