We’re increasing our remote B2B interviewing team and are looking for friendly, reliable people to join us. You’ll be helping us deliver important research projects for government agencies and organisations – all from the comfort of your own home.

About the role
You’ll be working from home, carrying out high-quality telephone interviews on behalf of our research team. You’ll follow a guided script and recording responses accurately, for example, calling business owners and senior decision-makers, to help the UK Government assist employers by better understanding needs in terms of skills, training, and employment.

This isn’t cold calling, it’s important work to capture information and support research, you’ll need to show confidence, build rapport, listen carefully, ask questions and capture answers.
This is a fully remote role. You’ll need a computer/laptop, a USB headset and an Ethernet connection.
This is a UK based role and you must be able to work from a UK location.
Shifts available:
Once you’ve completed your paid training, you can book shifts weekly:
- Daytime: Mon–Fri 9am to 4.30pm (or shorter shifts available).
Pick shifts on our booking portal that work for you; there will be an abundance of shifts; it's about selecting ones to suit your earning needs and lifestyle.
About you
- Great people skills – you enjoy speaking to a variety of people
- Confident using a computer and noting down information accurately
- Reliable and able to work towards targets
- Ideally, some phone-based experience (customer service, sales or similar), but not required as full training provided
- A quiet home working space and broadband connection

What's next?
You’ll need to complete our application form, which includes six key criteria that must be met (these are knockout questions, and you won’t progress if you don’t meet them).
You’ll answer additional questions to help us understand your experience and preferred ways of working, followed by a short diversity monitoring form.
You’ll then be sent a link to our virtual video assessment, which focuses on your customer service and telephone skills. We’ll make our decision based on these outcomes.
If you're successful at this stage you'll be invited for a paid live trial training session.
*please note: Your live trial and training period will be paid at our training rate of £12.71 plus holiday. If you successfully pass the training period you'll be paid at the hourly rate of £14.27 plus holiday.
