Job Title: Block Manager – Remote
Location: Midlands / North of England (Remote)
Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 DOE
Our client, a fast-growing managing agent backed by a major freeholder, is recruiting several Block Managers across the Midlands and the North of England. All roles are fully remote, with portfolios allocated close to where you're based.
The Role:
- Fully remote block management position
- Manage a residential leasehold portfolio near your location — allocated as the team grows
- Setting and managing service charge budgets
- Section 20 consultations and overseeing major works
- Regular site visits and inspections across your portfolio
- Managing contractors, maintenance and repairs
- Handling leaseholder and RMC/freeholder queries
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and leasehold legislation
- AI-driven systems handle the admin, freeing your time for the buildings, clients and leaseholders

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a block/leasehold portfolio
- Strong knowledge of service charges and Section 20
- TPI (IRPM) qualification desirable
