We are seeking an organized Remote Booking Specialist to assist clients with researching available options and coordinating reservations through online platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients regarding their requests and preferences
  • Research available options using online systems
  • Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
  • Review reservation details for accuracy
  • Provide confirmations and important information
  • Assist with modifications and customer requests
  • Maintain organized client and reservation records
  • Follow up on outstanding details
  • Communicate with service providers when needed
  • Provide ongoing client support
