Love speaking to new people? Enjoy the buzz of turning a cold conversation into a genuine opportunity?
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join a creative agency working across strategy, creative, events and production, with a particular focus on the tech and gaming world.
This is all about opening doors. You’ll identify the right decision-makers, start conversations, build relationships and turn interest into meetings. From there, you’ll introduce them to the Founder and move on to creating your next opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
- Researching and identifying potential clients across tech, gaming and live events
- Getting on the phone and starting conversations with key decision-makers
- Using phone, email and LinkedIn to build your own pipeline
- Booking qualified meetings and joining those initial conversations
- Following up with prospects and nurturing relationships until the timing is right
- Keeping your conversations, notes and next steps organised within the CRM
- Building prospecting activity around major industry events such as Gamescom, CES and Mobile World Congress, with opportunities to attend some events yourself

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need years of industry experience. Attitude, confidence and drive matter more than the sector you’ve worked in. Experience working towards targets in sales, retail, recruitment, events or another commercial environment could all translate well.
You’ll probably suit this role if you:
- Genuinely enjoy speaking to people and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone
- Are resilient enough to hear “not yet” and keep the relationship alive
- Like working towards clear goals and taking ownership of how you reach them
- Are naturally curious and always looking for a better way of doing things
- Have an interest in tech, gaming or live events
- Want somewhere you can grow rather than simply another short-term move
