We're looking for experienced professionals to build an independent business within the leadership and personal development education sector. Using our proven business system, established marketing processes, CRM platforms, AI-supported tools, and ongoing mentorship, you'll introduce award-winning leadership and personal development programmes to individuals already investing in their own personal and professional growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Introducing leadership and personal development programmes to qualified individuals
- Applying our proven business system alongside established sales and marketing strategies
- Managing activity using CRM platforms and modern digital tools
- Leveraging AI-supported tools to improve productivity and workflow
- Building genuine professional relationships through online communication and occasional face-to-face conversations
- Operating your own independent business with ongoing mentorship and support

Optional Live Business Presentation – London | Friday 18 July
Following a brief introductory conversation, suitable shortlisted applicants who would like to explore the business further are invited to attend a 90 minute business presentation taking place on the afternoon of Saturday 18 July at a hotel near London Heathrow Airport.
Attendance is entirely optional and provides an opportunity to meet the founders and members of our wider community, gain a deeper understanding of the business model, and ask questions in person. Venue details will be shared during the introductory conversation with suitable candidates.
