Remote Car Finance Sales Advisor – Midlands
Remote. Warm leads. Uncapped commission. No cold calling.
We’re launching Car Finance 247’s first-ever fully remote sales team and we’re looking for experienced salespeople across the Midlands to be part of it from day one.
You’ll speak to warm, pre-qualified customers who are already looking for car finance, manage your own pipeline and take customers from application right through to payout.
If you’re confident on the phone, know how to close and love chasing a target, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking to warm, pre-qualified customers – no cold calling
- Understanding their needs, budget and finance options
- Matching customers with lenders and vehicles
- Managing your own pipeline from application to payout
- Delivering a compliant, customer-first experience
- Closing deals, smashing targets and maximising your commission

What We’re Looking For
You’ll need 12–18+ months’ sales experience and a proven track record of working to targets and KPIs. Experience in motor finance, car sales, financial services or another fast-paced sales environment would be ideal.
You’ll be:
- Confident and engaging on the phone
- Strong at objection handling and closing
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
- Comfortable managing a busy sales pipeline
- Self-motivated and able to perform remotely
- Competitive, but always customer-first
