The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Success and Sales Consultant who enjoys high-quality conversations, uncovering needs, and guiding people toward the right development pathway. You will speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our programs.

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Speak with warm, pre-qualified leads interested in development pathways
- Run structured conversations to understand goals and barriers
- Provide guidance on programs and support individuals through an informed decision-making process
- Build trust-based relationships that lead to strong client outcomes
- Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and schedule with full flexibility
- Take part in ongoing training to build communication and consultative sales skills

- Background in sales, recruitment, client success, coaching, or people-facing roles
- Strong communicator who enjoys purposeful conversations
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Tech-friendly and confident using online tools
