Remote Client Support Specialist
We're seeking a motivated Remote Client Support Specialist to provide professional support and assist clients through a structured, team-supported workflow. In this fully remote role, you'll help coordinate client requests, manage communication, and ensure a smooth and organized experience throughout the process.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and delivering excellent service while working independently in a flexible remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and tailored holiday packages.
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate communication
- Research destinations, offers, and travel options to suit each client's needs and budget.
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of client interactions
- Assist with workflow coordination to help ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service, support, or client-facing experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using online systems and technology platforms
