Remote Closer 100% Commissions

This remote closer role is for a proven seller who performs best when the stakes are high and compensation is tied directly to results. You will take qualified opportunities through discovery, stakeholder alignment, proposal review, and final decision.

Your mandate: Close high-value advisory engagements remotely with professionalism and control of the process.

What you will do

  • Conduct video and phone-based sales conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Diagnose commercial goals, transaction priorities, timing, and decision dynamics
  • Create mutual action plans and maintain momentum between meetings
  • Resolve objections with evidence, candor, and appropriate internal support
  • Manage proposal follow-up through signature and completed handoff
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and take full ownership of personal results

What you bring

  • You have closed complex, high-ticket offers without relying on aggressive scripts or heavy supervision.
  • You are comfortable with variable income, long sales cycles, executive buyers, and complete accountability for follow-up.
  • A record of creating or converting revenue in a consultative B2B environment
  • Executive-level communication, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality
  • Comfort with self-generated activity, variable income, and measurable accountability
  • Reliable technology, a professional remote workspace, and eligibility to provide services in the United States

How success is measured

Qualified opportunities reach a clear yes or no, forecast quality improves, and new clients begin with aligned expectations. Performance is evaluated through qualified pipeline, conversion, revenue generated, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and the quality of client handoffs.

Compensation and working model

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary, draw, or guaranteed earnings. Successful producers may earn approximately $100,000 to $250,000+ annually, with uncapped upside; actual earnings depend on individual results, deal timing, commission terms, and collected revenue. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, expenses, and compliance obligations. Full commission details are provided in the written contractor agreement.
