- Provide strategic oversight across cosec services and client delivery
- Support business development, client relationships and growth opportunities
- Act as a senior technical adviser on complex company law and governance matters
- Drive process improvements, quality standards and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be a qualified solicitor with solid post-qualification experience
- CGI Chartered Secretary qualification advantageous but not essential

- Strong knowledge of UK company law, governance and compliance requirements
- Senior leadership experience within a professional services environment
- Proven experience managing teams and client relationships
- Experience with Diligent Entities highly desirable
