Key Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their journey and respond to day-to-day enquiries
- Build positive relationships with customers through email, phone, chat, and online channels
- Help customers understand products, services, and available features

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Confident, professional, and helpful approach to customer interactions
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable using email, online platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or support experience is beneficial but not required
