Role Description
The Remote Customer Support role at ParkerBrand.com is a full-time, on-site position based in Ilford. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information about products, orders, deliveries, and returns. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues related to outdoor power tools and garden machinery, guiding customers through solutions or escalation when needed. Daily tasks include updating customer records, tracking cases, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely resolution of queries. You will also monitor customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and share insights with the team to improve processes and overall customer experience.

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and problem resolution.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Ability to provide Technical Support for outdoor power tools and garden machinery, including basic troubleshooting and clear explanations.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, spot patterns, and suggest practical improvements.
- Comfort working on-site in Ilford in a fast-paced environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency using computers, e-commerce platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce support is beneficial; experience with tools or garden equipment is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
