EU Project Officer, Reportly
Reportly measures and assesses innovation. We already have our first EU-funded project running, and we want more. We are hiring an EU Project Officer to look after the project we have and to win the next ones.
What you will do
- Take over the day-to-day follow-up of our funded project: deliverables, milestones, partner inputs, and periodic technical and financial reports
- Be our contact for the funder's project officer and for the consortium partners
- Handle amendments when the project needs them, such as budget shifts or timeline changes
- Monitor Horizon Europe, EIC, Erasmus+, Digital Europe, and other EU programmes, and spot calls that fit what Reportly does
- Decide which calls are worth pursuing and which are not, and explain why
- Find and approach partners and build consortia around the calls we choose
- Prepare proposals with our product and research teams, from the first idea to submission on the Funding & Tenders Portal
- Draft budgets and check that costs follow the programme rules
- Use what we learn from our running project to make the next proposals stronger

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
