Role Description
The Clinical Administrator role is a full-time remote position responsible for providing administrative support to healthcare professionals and clinics. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Organizing patient records and documentation
- Coordinating correspondence with patients and other stakeholders
- Handling general inquiries
- Assisting with clinic workflows
- Preparing reports
- Supporting billing and insurance-related documentation
- Maintaining accurate data in practice management systems

The Clinical Administrator will also liaise with medical consultants and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a professional, responsive service for all clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, documentation management, and use of office software and digital tools.
- Candidates should possess Medicine-related familiarity or experience working in clinical or healthcare environments to understand medical terminology and clinic processes.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to gather information, verify data, and support reporting or process improvements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting are essential.
- Experience with electronic health records, data protection practices, and confidentiality requirements is an advantage.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and a reliable internet connection are required.
