- Premium Rate: $60 - $80 USD per hour (Highly competitive for HR & Admin professionals).
- Commitment: Typical projects range from 15–30 hours per week.
- Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role, completely flexible around your current schedule.
- Payments: Processed weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
Core Responsibilities (Once Matched)
- Train and evaluate AI models on HR policies, talent acquisition strategies, and compliance workflows.
- Create highly structured tasks and deliverables based on real-world HR scenarios (e.g., complex onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations).
- Provide deep, domain-specific feedback to correct AI reasoning in complex administrative situations.

Strict Eligibility & Profile Requirements
- HR Expertise: Proven professional experience in talent acquisition & onboarding, payroll & benefits administration, and HR policy & compliance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills to effectively translate complex HR guidelines into structured, objective AI training data.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and reliably in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
