About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals and businesses identify the right insurance solutions to protect their assets, health, and financial future. You will work remotely while providing exceptional customer service, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage.
  • Sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, travel, and commercial insurance.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, digital marketing, and outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare insurance quotations, policy documentation, and renewal proposals.
  • Explain policy terms, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and basic claims guidance.
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date with insurance regulations, products, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and virtual meeting etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Relevant insurance certifications or FCA regulatory knowledge are an advantage.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience working with UK insurance products.
