Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST

We’re looking for an exceptional Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of connection for individuals seeking help with disability claims. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to be the calm, confident guide people need during some of the most important conversations of their lives.

What You Will Be Doing as a Remote Intake Specialist

  • We’re always striving for excellence — that’s why this role includes clear performance expectations like high-quality intakes, strong documentation accuracy, and consistent client responsiveness.
  • Become an expert in our intake workflows and systems that you’ll use every day to guide clients confidently.
  • Help drive team success by maintaining a steady volume of client intakes across phone, video, and in-person channels.
  • Be a trusted guide for clients by clearly explaining the disability claims process and ensuring they feel supported from day one.
  • Take ownership of accuracy — maintaining strong quality standards in documentation, deadlines, and follow-through.
  • Be a proactive problem solver by identifying missing information, protecting deadlines, and keeping cases moving forward.
  • Any and all other duties needed to serve our clients & mission.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Intake Specialist starting pay rate is $14.67 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 27 to 48 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
