Remote Interim Company Secretary Assistant
Looking for your next Company Secretarial opportunity? I’m working with a professional services firm seeking an Associate to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to support a varied client portfolio, including listed companies, financially regulated entities, third-sector organisations and private trading companies.
The role would suit an experienced Company Secretary with strong Diligent Entities and entity management experience.

🔍 Key responsibilities include:
- Providing company secretarial services across a diverse client base
- Maintaining and updating client records using Diligent Entities
- Managing statutory filings, confirmation statements and changes to company officers
- Processing share allotments and transfers
- Supporting director and PSC identity verification under ECCTA 2023
- Incorporating companies and other entities
- Advising clients on statutory compliance and governance matters

- Experience using Diligent Entities
- Strong entity management and statutory compliance knowledge
- A sound understanding of company secretarial processes
- A proactive, organised and client-focused approach
