Description
Location: Fully Remote, Work from Home (including during training)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST
Starting Pay: $15.79 per hour
Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law only hires remote team members who reside in one of the following states: GA, KY, NC, OH, TN, TX, & WV

What you will be doing as a Remote Leads Specialist:
- We’re always striving to reach our goals! That’s why we have goals set for this position, such as calls per day, consultations, and talk time.
- Become an expert on our Case Management Software that you will be using daily
- To exemplify teamwork, all leads specialists must maintain a consistent volume of new client screenings that contributes to the leads team.
- You’ll be a problem solver by identifying the different types of lead sources and channels.
- Quality is extremely important to our firm. That’s why we have the standards of maintaining at least an 80% on quality scores.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Remote Leads Specialist starting pay rate is $15.79 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 32 to 58 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
