Requirements

  • Fast and accurate typing speed with strong written English communication skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Basic digital literacy and familiarity with online chat tools, spreadsheets, and web platforms
  • Customer-centric attitude with a polite, empathetic, and professional online presence
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fully remote environment
  • No prior chat support experience required; background in customer service, retail, or administration is a plus
