About the role
Working from home you’ll carry out telephone interviews on behalf of our social research team. This will involve calling a predetermined list of people and asking them a set list of questions and recording their answers. We’ll give you a script to follow and you’ll record the responses accurately.
This isn’t cold calling, it’s important work that captures information from different audiences and helps organisations like government departments make better, more informed decisions.

The role requires accuracy, great communication skills and integrity.
This is a fully remote role, it is essential that you have a computer or laptop to work from (not a tablet or phone), a USB headset and an Ethernet connection. You also must be able to work from a UK location.
The role offers a paid training session over 1 day. Successful people will be able to book shifts on a weekly basis. Shifts for this role are Monday – Friday 9am to 4.30pm, some shorter shifts will also be available but aren’t guaranteed.
About you
You must be a great communicator and will be happy speaking to a variety of people, it would be helpful if you have experience in telephone interviewing, market research, customer service, outbound calling, telesales or contact centre environments but it’s not essential as we’ll give you full training.
You must be confident using a computer and will be able to record information accurately and quickly and you’ll be happy to work to targets.

If you're successful at this stage you'll be invited for a paid live trial training session.
*Note: Your live trial and training period will be paid at our training rate of £12.71 plus holiday. If you successfully pass the training period you'll be paid at the hourly rate of £14.27 plus holiday which is £15.99.
