Role Description

The Remote Physiotherapist role at MantraCare is a part-time position focused on delivering high-quality virtual physiotherapy services to clients across diverse geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting remote assessments via video or digital tools
  • Developing individualized treatment and exercise plans
  • Monitoring client progress through scheduled follow-ups
  • Educating clients on injury prevention, pain management, ergonomics, and long-term musculoskeletal health
  • Aligning care with MantraCare’s AI-powered protocols and documentation standards
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Maintaining accurate digital record-keeping
  • Providing timely updates in the platform to support data-driven care

This role is fully remote, requiring comfort with telehealth technologies, digital communication, and working independently while maintaining strong professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or registered physiotherapist (or equivalent qualification) with a recognized degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
  • Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation planning, exercise prescription, and pain management
  • Experience delivering care via telehealth or willingness to quickly adapt to remote consultation and digital documentation workflows
  • Comfort working in an AI-supported clinical environment, including using digital tools, health platforms, and evidence-based protocols
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to manage a part-time remote caseload
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team that may include mental health professionals, nutritionists, and medical providers
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive, and non-discriminatory care
  • Previous experience in corporate wellness, chronic care (e.g., diabetes, MSK), or digital health environments is an advantage
  • Stable internet connection and suitable remote work environment to conduct confidential telehealth sessions
