Remote Recruitment Consultant - SpaceTech
Remote | Salary up to £50,000 DOE | 10-30% Commission + LTIP
Research / Delivery or 360 Opportunities Available
If you already recruit into technology and want to move into an incredibly innovative market, this is an opportunity to specialise in SpaceTech and become a leading authority in the search space on this topic.
You’ll join an executive search business who specialise in niche, exotic markets, working with companies building the infrastructure, technology and systems behind the rapidly growing global space economy.
This could suit either a recruiter who wants to remain focused on Research / Delivery, or someone who wants to build and own a 360 desk.
The Market
SpaceTech is no longer just about rockets and government programmes.
Private investment, commercial satellite networks, AI, robotics and advances in launch technology are creating an entirely new generation of companies across the sector.

The Opportunity
There’s flexibility around how you build your career.
If your strengths are candidate generation, research and managing search processes, there are long-term Research / Delivery opportunities available.
If you enjoy business development and want ownership of a market, there’s also the opportunity to work in a 360 capacity, developing client relationships and winning search assignments.
You’ll work internationally with businesses ranging from innovative startups and scaleups through to established technology companies operating across the global space ecosystem.
Who They’re Looking For
- 2+ years of recruitment experience essential
- Technology recruitment experience is preferred, SpaceTech experience highly advantageous
- Experience across adjacent technical markets will also be considered
- Relevant backgrounds could include aerospace, defence, satellite technology, robotics, AI, engineering, semiconductors or deep tech
- Strong research, sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- 180, Delivery and 360 recruiters all welcome
- Curious and genuinely interested in highly technical markets
