About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, mid-level Regional Marketing Program Manager to drive our B2B event marketing strategy across Western Europe. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our regional events—ranging from partner-led workshops and customer summits to online webinars.
As a key player on our marketing team, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating with strategic partners and prospective B2B customers within the digital mapping and location intelligence space. You won't just be managing logistics; you will be actively shaping the narrative by writing compelling promotional copy, leading regional email marketing initiatives, and managing end-to-end event tasks to ensure every touchpoint drives pipeline and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Webinar Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a robust calendar of regional marketing events across Western Europe, including in-person customer events, partner roadshows, and virtual webinars.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including platform setup for webinars, venue coordination, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Develop and manage comprehensive task lists and timelines to ensure flawless execution of all event components.

Partner & Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional partners, collaborating on co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and shared webinars.
- Run point on communications with prospective customers and VIPs prior to, during, and after events to ensure a premium brand experience.
- Align with the regional sales team to ensure event attendees are effectively tracked, scored, and handed off for follow-up.
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Draft sharp, engaging copy for event registration landing pages, promotional social media posts, and webinar abstracts.
- Adapt global marketing messaging to resonate with a B2B Western European audience within the mapping/geospatial tech ecosystem.
Email Marketing Initiatives
- Lead regional email marketing campaigns to drive event registrations, coordinate pre-event reminders, and manage post-event nurture sequences.
- Build, test, and deploy emails using our team which supports our marketing automation platform, continuously optimizing for open rates and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically focusing on event marketing, field marketing, or program management.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS, mapping technology, GIS, or location intelligence space is highly preferred.
- Event Execution: Proven track record of managing both virtual webinars (e.g., Zoom, ON24) and in-person events or trade shows.
- Content Strategy: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to distill technical B2B concepts into clear, action-oriented event promotions and emails.
- Data Management: Hands-on experience with marketing metrics and pulling and analyzing reports.
- Task Management: Exceptional organizational and task-management skills. You are someone who loves a good checklist and never lets details slip through the cracks.

- Collaborative Communicator: Comfortable leading calls with external partners and presenting plans to internal stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment across Western European time zones.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluency in an additional Western European language (e.g., German, French) is a strong plus.
